Hello! I’m Nicole Benza, Peruvian American born in New Jersey and raised in Peru. After stints in the world of Business Administration and Marketing, and several years training to become a Soprano Opera singer, I realized that baking was the only thing that made me happy and challenged me artistically. It was at that point that I decided to pursue a Baking & Pastry degree at the prestigious Universidad San Ignacio del Loyola. There’s been no turning back from there…. Life has been all about my two great loves, pursuing my dreams of creating custom cakes and carving my niche as a Pastry Chef! ….. .and being a full time “floof” mom to my two four-legged babies….

Hello! I’m Simone B Essman, Growing up Indian, it was always about the food and feeding people…. When you visit an Indian home the first thing your asked is “Have you eaten? What can I get you?”. My culinary dreams came true when I enrolled in the Art Institute Of America and graduated Summa Cumm Laude. I’ve held positions at the Hilton Group of Hotels, Buckhead Life Group and Sur La Table. Now my journey has come full circle, and it is time to be my own boss…and showcase my talent and unique style the way I’ve longed to.

When I married Lane, a good ole southern boy, I learnt how similar our traditions were regarding family, home, and FOOD …. I love blending my new southern heritage and my love for spice and technique I grew up with in India… Using my preciseness of ingredients from my degree in Baking and Pastry and my inherited technique and panache for flavors, I believe the world is my oyster and I can’t wait for you to taste the amazing product we are bringing to you ……
