Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed through our website 24/7. To complete your order, you must provide accurate information, including your name, address, and payment details.
- All orders must be placed in advance. We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance for regular items and 5-7 days for custom or large orders.
- Catering orders must be placed by email.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all online transactions.
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery is available for local orders. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Customers may also choose to pick up orders from our 2 locations. Please select your preferred option during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided.
- Setup is included for catering orders; however, it must be specified at the time of ordering.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
- All products are prepared in a facility that handles allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper food storage and handling after delivery.
Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
- Additional charges may apply for customizations or special requests.
Limitation of Liability
- Atta Girl Bakery and Catering is not liable for any damages, allergies, or health issues arising from the consumption of our products.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

- At Atta Girl Bakery and Catering, we pride ourselves on our commitment to creativity and originality. All designs, recipes, and presentation styles created by our team are unique. We do not copy or replicate any designs from other businesses or individuals.
